Prior to joining Hero Medical Technologies, Mamatha held progressive leadership roles at Medtronic, where she led enterprise-wide quality programs across global manufacturing sites, drove First Time Quality initiatives, and served as a lead auditor for FDA, MDSAP, and GMED audits. Her work delivered tens of millions of dollars in cost savings and avoidance while strengthening quality culture across hundreds of sites worldwide.
